We stand behind our handcrafted products with a comprehensive one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers issues such as structural defects, stitching failures, and material flaws that occur under normal use.
What's Covered
Our warranty includes defects in materials and workmanship, broken zippers or closures, loose seams or stitching, and color fading due to manufacturing issues. If your product has any of these issues within one year of purchase, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.
What's Not Covered
Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or abuse, stains or discoloration from accidents, and damage from improper care are not covered. Additionally, modifications to the product or damage from external events are outside warranty scope.
How to Claim
To file a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order number and photos of the defect. We'll assess the claim and arrange for repair or replacement. Most warranty claims are resolved within 5-10 business days.
